Ingredients

4 drops St. Johns Wort

4 drops Calendula

4 drops Passionflower

4 drops Dogwood

4 drops Evening Primrose

Directions

Mix 4 drops of each flower essence with 1/3 oz brandy (or apple‑cider vinegar) + 2/3 oz water in a 1 oz dropper.

Take 4 drops under the tongue four times a day,  or stir 4 drops into your water and sip throughout the day.
