SHIPPING POLICY

Our Promise to You

At Aether Botanicals, every product is handcrafted in small batches with precision-weighed herbs and pure ingredients. Because we don't mass-produce, we take extra time to ensure everything is perfect before it leaves our workshop.

Shipping Information

Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare your order. Since we measure and pack each blend fresh for you, we take extra care during this step!
Shipping Methods: We use Canada Post to ship via Standard. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Packaging: Your skincare and teas are double-wrapped and secured to prevent damage during transit.
Domestic: Currently, we ship to Alberta.

Return & Exchange Policy

Unopened Items: If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we will happily replace or refund it.
Opened Consumables: Due to health and safety regulations regarding food (tea) and topical products (skincare), we cannot accept returns on opened items once they leave our facility.
- Gentle Note: However, if a product doesn't work for your skin or taste, please reach out! We value your feedback and may be able to offer store credit or a solution.
Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives crushed or leaking, let us know immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.
