  • When can I expect my products to arrive via Canada Post?
    As all our products are tailor-made to your specific needs, processing typically takes 2–3 business days before they leave our facility. Depending on your location, delivery may take an additional 7–10 days.
  • What organizations are you affiliated with?
    I am currently a member in good standing with the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists, the Flower Essence Society, and the Alberta Herbalist Association. For more information, please visit their websites at: www.cfacanada.com www.fesflowers.com www.albertaherbalists.com
  • What is a Clinical Aromatherapist?
    A Clinical Aromatherapist is certified by the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapists (CFA). This certification ensures the aromatherapist has completed training at an accredited school, passed a national certification exam, and is licensed to practice in their province.
  • I am pregnant/nursing. Can I still use your service?
    At this time, I do not provide services for individuals who are pregnant and/or nursing.
  • What can I expect during my initial consultation?
    During your initial consultation, we review your medical history, diet, and lifestyle. Together, we explore your goals to determine which products best support your unique needs and wellness journey.
  • What can I expect during my follow up appointment(s)?
    Your follow-up appointment will focus on how you’ve been feeling after using your product(s) for approximately two weeks. Typically, your third visit involves revisiting your wellness goals and refilling products as needed.
  • How many visits will I need?
    Healing timelines vary based on your unique wellness goals. Some clients complete their care in about three visits and return for refills as needed, while others benefit from ongoing support.
  • What types of payments do you accept?
    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Debit.
  • What are your fees and what is included?
    Initial Consultation (1 hour): $145 Follow-up Visit (45 minutes): $60 Follow-up Visit (30 minutes): $45 Products: Variable, depending on your health and wellness goals; the average cost is approximately $50/month.
  • Will my products be mailed to me and if so, will I be paying the shipping fee?
    Yes, your products will be mailed to you and may be subject to a shipping fee. In the event of a Canada Post strike, I offer delivery services.
  • When do I pay for my consultation?
    Once your consultation is complete and the best product(s) have been selected to support your health goals, an invoice will be sent to you via email. After payment is received, your products will be prepared and mailed out promptly.
  • Are your products tested on animals?
    All of our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
  • Are your products vegan?
    Most of our products are vegan, with the exception of our salves and lip balms, which contain beeswax.
  • What kinds of products can I expect after my consultation?
    Depending on your health goals, we offer a wide variety of products designed to provide fast and effective relief. Some of the products we compound for our clients include: - Tea blends - Tinctures - Flower Essence blends - Creams - Diffuser blends - Lotions - Massage oils - Roller balls - Salves - Balms
  • Do your products contain artificial preservatives?
    All our products are 100% natural and contain no artificial preservatives, synthetic agents, harsh chemicals, or fragrance oils. To ensure the safety and stability of certain products, we use Geoguard ETC and Geoguard 221, both of which meet COSMOS and ECOCERT standards.
  • How should I store my essential oils/products?
    Essential oils should be stored in dark-colored bottles, away from heat and light. Some oils, such as citrus varieties, are best kept in the refrigerator as they can oxidize easily. Once we determine the right products for you, we will review proper storage methods to ensure maximum shelf life.
  • Can I take essential oils orally/internally?
    Essential oils must never be taken orally unless under the supervision of a qualified aromatic medical practitioner. To ensure your safety and well-being, I will never recommend ingesting essential oils.
