Brain & Focus Herbal Tea Blend

In a world of endless notifications and shrinking attention spans, your brain deserves better than a second cup of coffee. This herbal blend draws on centuries of traditional herbalism to support the very thing modern life demands most: mental clarity. Gotu Kola and Ginkgo, two of the most revered cognitive herbs in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, form the backbone of this formula, promoting blood flow to the brain and supporting memory. Sage and rosemary, long associated with remembrance and recall, add their aromatic intelligence, while peppermint refreshes the senses and orange peel lifts the spirit. The result is a tea that doesn't just wake you up, it sharpens you, calmly and clearly, without a single drop of caffeine.

A cognitive-supporting herbal infusion designed to sharpen mental clarity, enhance memory, and promote calm alertness. This blend combines traditional brain-tonic herbs like Gotu Kola and Ginkgo with aromatic sage, peppermint, and rosemary, finished with a touch of citrus from dried orange peel. Perfect for study sessions, work-from-home days, or anytime you need to feel mentally sharp.

Steep

  • Add the herbs to hot water in a teapot or mug.

  • Cover the vessel with a lid or saucer to trap essential oils and volatile compounds.

  • Let steep for 15 - 20 minutes for full extraction.

Strain & Serve

  • Strain the tea using a fine-mesh sieve or tea infuser.

  • Enjoy warm, or let cool and refrigerate for iced tea.
