Return & Refund Policy

Before purchasing from our store, we warmly suggest you book in for our free 15-minute consultation.  We will be more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding our products and how they can help meet your health and wellness goals.  

Custom-Compounded Products:

Any products compounded specifically for you based on our consultations cannot be returned or refunded.  These products are tailored to your individual health and wellness goals and are, therefore non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to safety and quality concerns, teas cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

In the event that a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email aether@aetherbotanicals.ca within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item and your order details.  We will review the issue and, if eligible, provide a replacement or refund.  Specific eligibility criteria will apply.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.  Customers may return eligible items and place a new order for the desired product.

Refund Processing:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.  Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.  If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued. 

​​

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.  In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.

If any of our products do not meet your expectations please send an email to aether@aetherbotanicals.ca including your order number, and reason(s) why you wish to return your product.
